Is RiotTees legit?
Yes. RiotTees is a registered Australian business (ABN 90 339 806 698), run by me, Lita, in Melbourne. Every order goes through Shopify's secure checkout, and you can email me any time at hello@riottees.store. Real person, real tees, real replies.

Who's behind RiotTees?

Do you have a shop or street address?
No. RiotTees is online only, and my home address stays off this website. I've already had a stalker serious enough to involve the police, and I'm not collecting any more weirdos. It's a one-woman business, so my safety comes first. If you have a problem with that, not my circus, not my monkeys. You can always reach me at hello@riottees.store.

How are the tees made?
Every tee is printed to order by my print partner, so there's no warehouse of unsold stock. Designs are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printing for sharp, detailed graphics.

What are the tees made of?
100% cotton, medium weight (180 g/m²), soft and durable for year-round wear. The fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which means it's tested for harmful substances.

How long will my order take?
Each tee is made to order, which takes 2 to 5 business days after payment. Standard shipping then usually takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on where you are. Express shipping within Australia takes an estimated 3 to 10 business days after production, where available. You'll see the shipping options available to you at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates. I won't promise what I can't control, and couriers don't much care what I want.

Where do orders ship from?
Usually from whichever print partner is nearest to you. Some products are only made in one country, though, and if a product is good enough for my designs, I'll use it, even if that means it's printed somewhere far, far away. If a product is only printed in one country, I'll say so in the product description. Either way, your order will reach you as quickly as humanly possible.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What sizes do you have?
Most tees come in S to 5XL, and every product page has a size chart with measurements. Some colours come in limited sizes (a print partner whim, not mine), so check before you fall in love with a colour.

Can I get a design in a different colour?
Maybe! If you've got your heart set on a design in a colour you can't see, email me at hello@riottees.store and I'll see what I can do. I'm limited to what my print partners stock, but I'll always try.

Can I get a design on a hoodie?
Yes! Hoodies are on their way to the shop, and I've already made them on request, with sleeve prints available if you want them. The best hoodie I could find is printed by a partner in the USA, so expect a little longer for delivery. Worth the wait, though. Email me at hello@riottees.store with the design you'd like, and I'll sort it for you.

What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email hello@riottees.store before sending anything back.

Wore it to the festival, washed it twice, and now want your money back? Nice try. I'm Gen X...

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email me straight away and I'll make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws where you live. See the full Refund Policy for details.

How do I look after my tee?
Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry on low. Don't iron the print, don't bleach, and don't dry clean.

How do the digital posters work?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download link. Download your files, then print them at home or at your local print shop. No physical item will be shipped.

What if my download doesn't work?
First, check your spam or junk folder for the email. If the link won't open, try a different browser or device, as some phones struggle with large files. Still stuck? Email me at hello@riottees.store with your order number and I'll get your files to you.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout. I never see or store your card details.

Your designs make me so mad. How do I shut you up?
Bad luck, mate. Freedom of opinion isn't just for the opinions you like. That's kind of the whole point of living in a... DEMOCRACY.

I don't expect you to agree with every opinion in a RiotTees design. If one annoys you, don't buy that tee. But if you want to argue, I actually enjoy a good debate. Email me at hello@riottees.store and let's go! Debate time depends on my workload, so you might get a spirited discussion, or one short, to-the-point reply. I've got a business to run.
